用configMap代替各服务的本地配置文件 #112

当前服务的配置文件、启动脚本通过ssh拷贝到部署服务器上，存在如下问题：
1）添加节点必须提供ssh用户和密码；
2）代码中需要引入ssh工具包，增加的实现的复杂度；
代替方案：configMap和secret代替本地配置文件
