我在京东以7折购买了您的《Go语言设计与实现》签名版书籍，但是到货却是未签名版的。在反馈京东客服后，客服答复是在和厂商沟通后，确认以客户收到的商品实物为准。针对这个问题，请问您可否帮忙协调处理一下呢？
