Just pushed CODESTYLE.md.

Think it's important for DEVs to have a guide to better help them understand both what we are doing and how to continue or extend what we have done.

Would you mind adding a section for ACSS that addresses any code formatting that would be helpful, particularly for this application? Otherwise links to your documentation should be good. This would be a good place to mention the VSCode ACSS extension.
