The font is different to the main text, e.g., YEP report, EM report.

@katrin, would you like the table font to be changed to the font used in the main text?

Have done some checking with fonts and they seem to be the same -the main body and the comments and table etc. Are you sure that there is a difference? The sizing is different but it doesn't appear that the font is.

OK. I have found the problem. there is a conflict between this template and the Sweave package. If you have \usepackage{Sweave} this breaks the template. Something must be being redefined by importing Sweave. On the document I was working on (the YEP report) , I was able to remove this package from being imported, and everything worked fine. It seems that it isn't necessary to import Sweave.

Somehow, the template should be made robust against this, so would be good to understand it more. But not today :)
