Problems include:

  1. newer version available directly from github / old version sboann.py
  2. EC numbers have new identifier codes: split at '/' leads to problems

Split sbo_media.sql into media_db.sql & sbo_mapping_db.sql #16 #109

The file 'sbo_medi_db.sql' was split into two files for the following reasons:
- To enable easier removal of the SBO part of the database if the sboann module is removed from refineGEMs.
- To enable a more comparable set-up for updating the media SQL schema.
