Looks there is something wrong with the code signing server.

Hi @tom-englert - checking this today - will update here. May be an expired cert or it may be time to migrate you to the new CLI signing service

OK, thanks. Is there any documentation how to migrate?

It's an expired cert - started the renewal now.
And yes on the migration - we should do that work for sure. More information is available here

renewed cert is uploaded and configured - this should work now. When you are ready to migrate to the CLI, drop me an email (chris.sfanos (at) dotnetfoundation . org and I'll get you the config data
