The IT token is a great way to pull secrets from a scoped environment. Pull access only.

Add addon making this more convenient. In separate ticket provide additional guides for how to use these. They are not necessary for use with the .env.vault standard but can still be helpful for some companies' infra setups.

+1 i would like to be able to create IT tokens without binding it to a service integration or automated PRs like the github addon
