User Story

As a customer experience employee, I want to know what headless technologies a customer site uses, so I can provide better guidance and support.

For example, Wappalyzer identifies the technologies used on web sites, and has an API which would allow us to automate collecting this information.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Identify at least one method to identify which Javascript frameworks are used on a site.
  • Estimate the time to implement a telemetry metric for each method identified.
  • Each method must be able to be invoked automatically (e.g. via API).
  • An ideal path would be a no-cost open source solution.
    • However, if paid services exist that are more reliable or easier to implement than an open source solution, include those in the list of options as well.
