User Story

As an approver of content changes, I want to approve multiple workflow actions at a time so I can respond more quickly when there are a large number of contentlets that are edited.

Acceptance Criteria

Within the tasks page, allow for all the contentlets that are on the same workflow step to be grouped together to be bulk-approved.
Add the ability to send out an email notification with a list of all of the tasks assigned to a specific user or group of users.
