dompdf not getting urdu text

can any one tell me why i am geting question marks instead of urdue in dom pdf while english text is getting in pdf but noturdu???

You need to ensure that you are using a font that supports the language. Please read through the Unicode How-To for additional information.

Also note, however, that text that requires shaping (as does Urdu) is not currently supported by Dompdf. As a result the characters will appear individually. You can watch #2107 for updates on support for that capability.
