Question regarding recomended PHP extensions

Hello!
I had a question regarding the recommended PHP extensions.

Specifically: Is the recommendation to use both GD and IMagick or is it to have either one installed at a given time?
I'm asking this for two main reasons:

1. The IMagick is at somewhat broken when trying to compile it for PHP 8.3 and there's been no activity from the maintainers regarding this.
2. While the readme mentions both extensions, the actual release notes only suggest installing GD.

I help maintain the FOSSBilling project and we've been delaying updating our docker image to PHP 8.3 because of IMagick issues when trying to compile it. Since the IMagick repo hasn't had any updates regarding the issue, I'm hoping we can drop it entirely without a loss in performance / functionality.

GD would be the base level recommendation. You can do without IMagick entirely without loss of functionality, though it does provide a performance boost when processing certain image types. I'll update the README to clarify.
