Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user of the application I want to import postal codes and their names from a publicly available API. This way a lot of work can be saved.

Describe the solution you'd like
An import button like the one for holidays shall be added.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The Osm-project might habe some usefull data for us.
