Als Benutzer möchte ich, dass die Anwendung verhindert das eine Kostenstelle sich selbst übergeordnet wird. Dies würde bei Kostenstellenauswertungen zu Problemen führen.

Entweder die Kostenstelle selbst wird aus der Liste überzuordnender Kostenstellen entfernt, oder die Checkbox für die Kostenstelle deaktiviert.
