If a document has received embedded views, deleting should trigger a warning

There are a handful of cases where an organization will upload two copies of a document and then go to delete one and accidentally delete the embedded document.

The platform needs a clearer visual indicator that a document has been embedded and is getting traffic (the little globe right now isn't clear enough) and also a warning dialog if one tries to delete a doc that has embedded traffic.
