Hi,

it would be great if we could disable the registration option and also disable the suggestion on the end of the signing request.
If an external user without an account signs a document, the application suggests to set a passwort and use the app...

• @celevra you can deactivate the signup via an .env flag. Do you mean in a self-hosted instance?
• This should include all signups, if not it's a bug and will be fixed :)

is there also a way to change the default language and the e-mail templates?

For the email templates: No, we don't support multi-lang yet
