Subject

Using persistAsNextSiblingOf with a nested set tree places node out of the tree. I have a root category which has a few children that have children as well. If I try to move one of the children of the root category to another position using persistAsNextSiblingOf it gets removed as child from the root.

Steps to reproduce

Expected results

The node stays within the tree.

Actual results

The node gets moved out of the tree.
