broken links in readme

the links under what next in the readme look to be broken.

edit: almost every other link to docpad.bevry.me is also broken

Hey thanks. Yeah, gitbook broke compatibility with Cloudflare months ago, and I guess it took with it the links from the readme. Wee were using cloudflare for redirecting legacy urls to gitbook urls. Gitbook has been getting more and more hostile to its users (no git, no proxies), so I would be keen to move away to something self hosted again, I just don't have time now to do it.

that said, all the pages exist, you just got to go digging on the gitbook site, and feel free to send PRs to the new locations
