It would be nice if the tooltip strings could be localized.

#543 mentions the localization of tooltip texts in Strings.resx.

I think that adding additional string properties to the DockPanel control for each tooltip string is a good way to implement this.
So, if those properties are set they override the English UI strings in Strings.resx.
