Add Docker Variable for VPN Protocol #179

It would be nice to be able to define the protocol to be used by the VPN just like with defining a custom port.

Hi Remco, thanks for reaching us out.

We will roll out support for Wireguard and IKEv2 protocols soon and we will introduce this variable then.
