Is there a standalone restart action for Compose Watch (without sync)?

Hi all

I've been checking out the docs for watch and only see sync, rebuild and sync+restart actions mentioned.

Is there a standalone restart option (without sync) as well? There are lots of situations where you don't need to sync anything (we use bind mounts for local development) but you still need to restart the service when files change.
