How do you pad a decord.video_reader.VideoReader Object? #291

Hello,

Say I've read a video, and it has 36 frames. However, I want to pad it to 48 frames, maybe by just replicating the last frame of the video till it has 48 frames.

Is there any function to achieve the above padding in the VideoReader object?
