use 'pip install decord' on macbook m2, seems it did't work:
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement decord (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for decord

I have the same issue on an IMac Intel2.
Using pip 23.3.1

FYI reverting to Python 3.8.19 in my environment did the trick and I could pip install decord
