Feature request: combine multiple filters in one overview

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The GitHub search query language doesn't allow to search for multiple keywords (with logical OR). I would like to be able to search through issues and PRs for multiple separate keywords, but with one list of results.

Describe the solution you'd like
Since GitHub doesn't allow multiple keywords in one search query, I would like to request the possibility to define multiple filters for a single overview, which would then get shown in an integrated overview as if it were one search query.
