Overlap with DlangScience

I'm looking to add packages needed for my field to DlangScience, I presume there is some overlap between this community and that one. Since there isn't a general discussion area for adding new packages in DlangScience, could someone here ping a member of that community and have them skim deimos.cdf and see if it's suitable for inclusion in that organizations repository list? I'll have other libraries later, once the initial pathway is setup. Thanks for the help.
