Example: find countries outside the EU in 01_python_data_wrangling

Maybe this is a non-issue (in which case I apologize).. the country used in the example and in the 'test' dataset (subset of the countries dataset) is Croatia, but Croatia has been part of the EU since 2013. Maybe it can be replaced by Switzerland?
