Description

With above installation, I can work with
[IP-] [ ] mail-client/thunderbird-102.11.0:0 .

Switching to
[--O] [ -] gui-wm/dwl-9999-r1:0
depending upon
[--O] [ -] gui-wm/dwl-9999-r1:0 <--- Branch: wlroots-next

thunderbird crashes replicably on "Send".

Typically, it manages to send the mail & move it to "Sent messages" subfolder before;
sometimes the message is still in "Draft" when Tb crashes already.

In comparison,
[IP-] [ ] www-client/firefox-113.0.1:rapid
runs quite stable.

Update

To me it seems that
--> BETA x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-535.43.02:0/535
has greatly improved the situation;
perhaps because of
o "Add support for version 4 of the linux-dmabuf wayland protocol." <-----
[c.f. Release Notes].

But: Closing sub-windows via ^W crashes the whole application.
