Template specific COMPRESS_OFFLINE_CONTEXT

Templates can have conflicting variables. It would be helpful if it was possible to provide template specific context.

One idea:
Since COMPRESS_OFFLINE_CONTEXT can be a dotted path, perhaps it would be possible to pass the template name for each template in addition to the generic root context. If contexts are provided for a specific template, these could override the global contexts
