Opinionated support for filesystems that require options (ZFS)

I'm currently writing my own non-flake configuration.nix. I'd prefer to start with an opinionated flake that DevOS offers but as far as I can tell from a repo search, ZFS isn't directly supported. What I mean is, beyond the manual steps of configuring the filesystem, ZFS also needs many flags just to work. For example, a headless NixOS server with ZFS native encryption would need at least the following:

Does DevOS allow the user to customize their system in this way before installing NixOS to disk?

Yeah, you can add in any profiles or modifications to the host systems that you want. I also use ZFS on my local machine, and set all of it up in a "zfs.nix" file under the hosts directory.
