Duplicate string in DOTX010E log message

The Failed to transform document string appears twice in log messages. Tested with DITA-OT 4.x.

[conref] Failed to transform document: Failed to transform document: foo/bar.dita:23:87: [DOTX010E][ERROR]: Unable to find target for conref="../foo/bar.dita#my-id".

I can't reproduce this with 4.2. When I write a test case, I get an error message

Error: file:/Users/jelovirt/Work/dita-ot/src/test/resources/messages/DOTX010E.dita:6:47: [DOTX010E]: Unable to find the @conref target '#topic_wvq_rgk_n1c/target'. Check '#topic_wvq_rgk_n1c/target' to see if the target resource exists.

@stefan-jung Could you try to test with 4.2 and add information exactly how you run DITA-OT?

I cannot test this with 4.2. I'm leaving the part of the log for reference.
