Add some heuristics that allows classifying new domains based on some small set of training data

Manually managing this list is a cumbersome task. Especially verifying new reports of fake-mail domains is hardly possible - at least not for those services that do not offer the user to select from a list of available e-mail domain names.

However, in some cases, the underlying e-mail infrastructure could give some hint hat allows classifying unknown domains as disposable. A starting point for the description of such heuristics can be found here.
