Describe the bug
Exported files are saved in a different dir to the input / restart file under some conditions.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour (if necessary):
Start New.
Save to folder.
Select an export option.
Run.

Exported files appear in the Dissolve binary dir or similar.
