How do I build it locally, i have tried ts-node api/index.ts but not working

oneline searching is too slow, it's much more convenient to use offline version.

You'd need to clone this repo and locally host it (with python -m http.server YOUR_PORT, for example), then clone discordjs repo and modify docs website to use localhost:YOUR_PORT instead of github to download docs json.
