Issue: Error [ERR_HTTP_HEADERS_SENT]: Cannot set headers after they are sent to the client

I am using discord.js to have my bot assign and remove roles.

    const guild = await client.guilds.fetch(guildId);
    const member = await guild.members.fetch(userId);
    const memberRoles = member.roles;
    const roleAssignment = await memberRoles.add(roleId);
    console.log("RoleAssignment", roleAssignment);

This is assigning the role, but is also giving me the error:

Discord.js version: 14.7.1

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
