All DNA and Fingerprints are always the same and preset for ALL crewmembers! #8149

All crewmembers have the same DNA/Fingerprints in the consoles and if they are taken from them manually it all always shows up the same values. They also appear to stay the same over rounds so the dna and fingerprints are not even being randomly generated anymore.

Reported to a mod but doubt he reported it.

IH can't do proper investigations cuz of it, antags are at an even bigger advantage.
