Attachments in interaction responses returned from interactions endpoint

When receiving an interaction via a gateway event, you respond to it using an HTTP request to Create Interaction Response, which allows you to upload files.

However, when responding to interactions received via an HTTP request by Discord, it is apparently not possible, currently, to upload files in response. In contrast to Create Interaction Response, you cannot respond with multipart/form-data to attach files as the interaction will simply fail. I propose that this should be added/fixed to allow users of both the Gateway and the Interactions Endpoint API to do the same things.

I was able to upload a file using multipart/form-data and attachments in an interaction response. This appears to be resolved.

do you happen to know how to do so? I've been trying to figure out how to send attachments over HTTP interactions, but haven't been able to figure it out.

EDIT: nevermind. I figured it out. I used the form-data library and responded the output using <FormData>.pipe(res);.
