Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The "Blogs" link in the navigation bar currently opens the blog site in the same tab. The blog site has a completely different UI, which disrupts the user experience (UX) of the main site.

Describe the solution you'd like

Update the "Blogs" link in the navigation bar to open in a new tab.

We're planning to remove it soon, till then we can do this. Also add Blogs to the footer under Connect section
