I will report my difficulties of getting started ...

Solutions already found (I have incorporated them in the pull request #94):

• node run build should read npm run build ( node, or npm? #86) (Also see updated path #54)
• To start the Web-App, open the app-Folder with an Apache-Server that interprets PHP files
• Additional System Requirement: nodejs >= 4 (otherwise run build:content will throw errors)
• Yes I did run npm run build:content

Still struggeling here:

• I only see the loading animation, no bible text is actually loading. Error console says: "/app/content/audio/eng_ylt/info.json" missing. Indeed, there is no audio folder. So how can I disable the audio bible?
  (Oh, ok, it actually works when I enter a reference. So this is a usability issue (please load Gen 1:1 or similar by default, by adapting config-default.js to the texts available in /input). (Feature request: Replace "loading" image with instructional prompt #99)
• How do I link the greek words of KJV and a greek text via Strong's numbers?
• How do I add a strong's dictionary? (Add Strong's? #49 ? Generate lexicon #90 ?)
• What can I add to the config file? Break-up search? #51 totally makes sense, for example.
