In the Khmer language zero-width spaces (U+200B) are used between words so that computers can correctly line-break and know where a word ends. But Khmer doesn't use spaces between words as English.

In the current Khmer Bible, zero-width spaces have been replaced with   and so they render as real spaces rather than invisible zero-width spaces.

<span class="v JN6_4 has-media" data-id="JN6_4">រីឯ&nbsp;បុណ្យ&nbsp;រំលង ជា&nbsp;បុណ្យ&nbsp;របស់&nbsp;សាសន៍&nbsp;យូដា ក៏&nbsp;ជិត&nbsp;ដល់&nbsp;ហើយ </span>

Should be*:
<span class="v JN6_4 has-media" data-id="JN6_4">រីឯ​បុណ្យ​រំលង ជា​បុណ្យ​របស់​សាសន៍​យូដា ក៏​ជិត​ដល់​ហើយ </span>
*a U+200B character is where the   used to be.
