Some Institutions are not crawled

The following Institution is not crawled although the org on GitHub still exists:

https://github.com/spschweiz

https://github.com/spschweiz is not an institution. Because of that the orgs api doesnt find it @maemst

Compare landing page to https://github.com/camptocamp

OK, I see, we had that before... I wrote to SP Schweiz that they should change their profile (https://docs.github.com/articles/converting-a-user-into-an-organization).

Could you add a mechanism that such non-org-profiles are reported so we can ask the people to change them? (email to myself or some other notice in a public admin dashboard)

And please make that the front end skips such non-working profiles so they are not displayed anymore.
