After discussing most common local plan statuses with Emily from Bucks and Robert Putnam (MHCLG). The team has decided to only record statuses as either Emerging or Adopted. This model might not be enough for PINS inspectors/consultants but we think it will meet most of our users' needs to start with. We'll review this list when we have more data.
