Once you leave a project, it probably doesn't make sense to have it listed by default in the MapeoManager.listProjects(). We should introduce an option to make inclusion opt-in e.g. includeLeft. Same thing around blocked projects.
Doing this means that we'll have to keep track of which projects we have left or are blocked from.
