"Read Documentation" buttons on pages not working

The "Read Documentation" button is supposed to scroll down to an element #Documentation but currently it just reloads the page, possibly because the path is pointing to a route without internationalization (for example mapping-and-monitoring#Documentation instead of /en/mapping-and-monitoring#Documentation`), hence triggering a page reload.
