Is there an existing issue for this?

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Overhaul the Datetime built in module so that it's a lot more feature rich. Rather than simply wrapping the C functions it would be nice if dealt with an actual Datetime object being returned that we can manipulate: e.g addDay, subDay, etc
