It's be nice to have an HTTP server that can provide responses for testing the HTTP client functionality that's currently covered via the httpbin.org site.

We could look to re-use: https://github.com/dictu-lang/Web-Framework

Will be blocking so will need to be clever with the action for CI

Wanbli could be a nice use case for this! I might stick a note in the web-framework repo about Wanbli too actually
