Blogs and Comments

Having the ability to write some sort of description or blog for submissions would be nice. Doesn't need to be a novel or anything. Maybe just the training methodology used or hyperparameter if you want to share them. It would also be cool if we could comment on another users submissions. Or just add an emoji like a thumbs up or something. It doesn't need to be like Facebook or twitter where it has a feed with content populated from the people you are following.
