NodeMethodDetail component appearance is often out of sight #41

With a large document side, selecting a tree node displays the node detail component out of site.

The tree view will always show the component below the tree. The list view shows the component in line with the top of the list, but if an item near the bottom of the list is selected then the component is out of sight.
