To reproduce:

  • Change an attribute or data element value for a TEI with automatic synchronisation enabled.
  • Quit app before synching happens, restart phone, wait for some minutes, observe in server logs and in DHIS Web Tracker that no synching happens.
  • Start app to see that now it synchs
