Just a curiosity since the Linux version is 64-Bit.

The built-in D3Radiant tools are not compliable in 64-bit on Windows and, for now, cannot be compiled on any platform other than Windows. Hence why the prebuilt Linux binaries are 64-bit while Windows only has prebuilt 32-bit binaries (you can compile them yourself for 64-bit Windows if you desire).
