The main purpose of this repository is demonstrating how you can use binder to run RStudio and Shiny-Apps without installing anything on your local computer.
The shiny-app itself uses PCArt which uses PCA (Principal Component Analysis) to reduce imagesizes.
To start the RStudio or Shiny version click below. If the docker image is available it starts fast. Otherwise be patient ;-)
