Describe the bug
I delete IOCs from case or Alerts and create alert /iocs again same alert/iocs , the old data appaired in alert/ case IOC such as description, tag et.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'api used to delete alert and case'
2. Click on 'api used to create alert and case '
3. Scroll down to 'in alert and case/iocs section old data appaired and repeated many times such as tag and description etc'
4. See error " duplicated data appaired and old data appaired, no error seen.

Expected behavior
when add same alert with same iocs, must no data present in tag and description etc.
